<itunes:summary>Africulture Tanzania's Mission statement is
to build and create safe and generous community that ensures kids safety ,long-learning life and inculcates spirit in community members leading to downfall of infant mortality rate.

Vision
To have an open door for community related skilled Volunteers from all over the world to volunteer for programs in Pangani –Tanga where they shall be experienced by enculturation within a short period of time.

(a). Organizational Overview

Statement of the problem and Rationale for the project.
Where are the strategies to protect the vulnerable children from falling into toilet pits and reduce institutionalization in Tanzania's National Strategy for Economic Growth and reduction of Poverty (MKUKUTA)?Where are the supported guidelines and strategies to cut down children death cases in Pangani in the National Community Development Policy while 50% of the Tanzanian population is children?
From the Tanzanian Census held in 2002 indicates that 50 percent of the population is children and research findings indicate that 15%of the infant mortality rate was reported from Pangani and root cause was the children unsupervised situations.
12% of infant mortality rate reported was resulted from malaria due to the fact that there is poor sewage system that encourages the mosquito shelter to thrive faster than malaria prevention strategies.
There is a great need for Africulture Tanzanian to take initiatives towards rescuing the vulnerable children from losing lives for preventable conditions, encourage anti-institutionalization for the vulnerable children in relation to community outreach.</itunes:summary>
